I believe that you teach people how to treat you. If you are courteous and polite to others, then you will be treated with respect. What kind of person are you? If you speak and dress in a professional manner, then others will hold you in high-esteem. On the other hand, if you are vulgar and mean to others then you can’t hold the title of princess no matter how beautiful and spoiled rotten you are. It’s important to practice what you preach.
Every woman should want a man who thinks having you is more valuable than anything else. Are you a princess or a doormat? Being who we are today, we need to recognize our worth and stop tolerating abuse and disrespect from men. I find that men like women who are secure and confident with themselves and also with a little bit of backbone. And nobody says that you have to be a nun, but still having values and sticking up for what you believe can make you shine.
When you assert yourself, you make your own choices. You have the ability to express your needs, wants and desires better and are more in control of yourself. Don’t be scared or feel guilty in saying no to the things you don’t want to do and yes to the things that you want. You will only become stronger and more self-sufficient and in turn people will respect you more for sticking up for yourself.
